Jared is a native of Eugene with an extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, Eugene/Springfield community, and the specific neighborhoods within. Jared began his real estate career as a personal assistant to a top producing agent before getting his license in 2010 and becoming a full-time Realtor, and later went on to be a Principal Broker and co-founder of Next Phase Realty in 2014.
