Mark Gray

Born in Eugene, OR to a family of real estate investors, Mark is not only knowledgeable about the area, but at an early age was exposed to buying, selling and managing property. Shortly after graduating from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Journalism, Mark started working in the property management field. Having gained thorough knowledge of how to manage investment properties, he decided to become a broker and invest in real estate. Several years later Mark decided to start Next Phase Realty with Jared Hicks, and has since acquired multiple properties and businesses around the Eugene area. Mark has helped both buyers and sellers acquire all types of properties, including country homes, high-end residential, and multi-unit apartment complexes.
